Over the Rainbow

I was taking Lillie to preschool yesterday and the movie Wizard of Oz was on in the car. We had just picked up Lillie's little friend Laynee and Dorothy was singing "Over the Rainbow".
Laynee turns to Lillie and out of the blue says super sassy, "She is totally lip singing."

Lillie says, "What's lip singing?"

I was laughing so hard. It was such a random thing to hear out of a 5 year olds mouth.

Crazy Pants

Brad and I were checking on Lucy before we went to bed last night and this is what we found.

For some reason, she had taken her pajama pants off, turned them wrong side out, then put both legs back in one pant leg and fell asleep. This pretty much sums up the way Lucy's two year old mind works...crazy.
So, we picked her up and layed her down to fix her pants. She woke up and was so mad that I was taking her pants off. I guess she liked them that way, maybe it will be the new trend.

New Family Pics

Here are some of our family pictures that Jenna took for us. She did such a great job. Lucy did pretty good, she just hated anything in her hair, so some pics are cute hair for Lucy, some....not so much.

Polar Express

Merry Christmas Everyone! I hope you all had a great day yesterday. We had so much fun watching our three little girls enjoying their presents and extended family. Christmas as a parent is even better than as a child. I love being able to see their faces light up when they see the cookies and carrots eaten by Santa and the reighndeer.

So, to begin our Christmas posts, I wanted to share our pictures from the Polar Express. I'm sure most of you know what this is, but here is a quick explanation for those of you that don't. The Grand Canyon Railroad does a train ride to the North Pole during November and December every year. They try to recreate the book and take the kids on about an hour and half train ride to the North Pole. While there, Santa boards the train and gives each child their own Christmas bell. If you haven't had the chance to do, and you can be around the Flagstaff area, it was soooo worth it! Our kids had the best time. Here are tons of pics from that night.

Ward Christmas Party

We had our ward Christmas Party Friday night. The primary kids put on a cute little nativity musical. Abbie and Lillie were angels...you can kind of see them in the middle.
