Spring Break Part 1

I am finally getting around to posting about what we were up to in March. It was a busy month, but a lot of fun. For part of Spring Break, we suprised the kids with a trip to Southern California. Little Lucy got suprised with a trip to Grandma's house...sorry little munchkin. As much as we missed Lucy, it made the trip sooooo much easier to travel without our sweet, but crazy 2 year old. We stayed in Valencia, CA with our awesome brother-in-law, Garrett's, family. More on that later, but here are some pics from our trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!

We didn't tell the girls what we were doing until that morning, they were super excited.

Fresh faced and ready to go! It was so easy doing Disneyland without a stroller.

Queen of Hearts...so cute

Pirates of the Carribean
Abbie loved it and Lillie thought it was freaky. We took the girls on Space Mountain without really telling them what it was. After it was over Abbie was on the verge of tears (but held them in) and Lillie was screaming "Let's do it again!"
And those are their personalities in a nut shell

Eating yummy $20 churros
The Queen from Snow White
This was a big deal for Abbie. The last time we went to Disneyland Abbie was almost 4 years old and was pretty terrified of the Queen. We saw her there last time and Abbie lost it and wouldn't even go near her. Way to go Abbie for conquering your old fears!

Lillie jammin' out at the parade

Goofy's house

Mary Poppins and Bert
I have to say, I almost jumped in this picture with them. What girl can honestly say she is not in love with Mary Poppins?

Last family pic after 8 hours of fun

On the shuttle back to the car I had the girls each give me their most tired face...pretty good. We didn't want to eat dinner in the park, so we drove through IN-N-OUT on the way home. They both fell asleep before even taking a bite with their foods on their laps.
